greeting to all

i see it has been a long long long time since i wrote on here ...... well i am going to try to post at least once a week.... not sure anyone will read it but i think of it this way ... can have a place to talk to myself .....he he he he .....

well it is 1-2-2013 today starting off the new year with some goals ... i figure that is better then resolotions as  i have something to aim for and then i wont be as bummed if i dont hit the mark.... i just dust myself off and start again......

one goal is to read the bible thru in a year ... i have done this before and it has been over 10 yrs since i last did it .....good to return to some good reading..........there are a few others i have some i am not saying as i want them to be surprises for others.... and some i have not totally decided on doing.... when i do i will post.......

i want to make more cards this year so i am hoping to post them on here and if you have any questions on how they are done plz just ask....

OK..... so i have not bloged in a while ..lol life has been nutz since the last time we started a new year and the fun only begins... life is nutz here with the kids and all of lifes dramas ..... deathes ...birth..... weddings and more so will try to blog a bit more ... have a great day

CATCHING UP ON WHY I HAVE NOT BLOGED FOR A WHILE

HELLO TO ALL

WELL I HAVE NOT BEEN ON HERE FOR A BIT BUT I AM HERE TO LET YOU KNOW THAT GOD IS STILL SO GOOD AND WAY TOO COOL

FIRST WE WENT ON A TRIP IN AUGUST TO VISIT HUBBY'S FAMILY WHICH WAS A GREAT TIME WILL POST PICS OF THE TRIP LATER .. THIS IS A CATCH UP BLOG........ANYWAYS WE GOT BACK TO HOME ON THE 16TH OF AUGUST AND ON THE 17TH MY DAD HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY
BUT BEFORE THE SURGERY HE DECIDED TO DO THE "CODE BLUE" TWICE .. SO ONCE AGAIN MY PARENTS ARE KEEPING ME BUSY... HA HA SO FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TO THE HOSPITAL EVERYDAY WHILE HE WAS IN THERE.... AND THEN ONCE HE WAS TO THE NURSING HOME MOM WAS HAPPY TO HAVE HIM NEAR... SO DAD GOT HOME TO HIS APT A WEEK AGO AND IS DOING VERY WELL ON HIS OWN..... HE EVEN WANT HIS CAR BACK .. BUMMER FOR US LOL

BUT I DO WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE FUN I WILL BE HAVING TOMARROW MORNING ... I GET TO BE DJ FOR THE DAY I WILL BE SPEACKING ON BLENDED FAMILIES SO I AM PRAYING ALONG WITH MAY OTHERS THAT I CAN REACH ANY FAMILIES WHO ARE GOING THRU THIS AND HELP THEM EVEN A LITTLE BIT .. BUT THE GLORY GOES TO GOD I WANT TO SAY ONLY WHAT HE WANTS ME TO SAY

SO I WILL PUT TOGETHER SOME MORE BLOGS ONCE I GET PICS AND STORIES TYPED UP TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE TRIP AND THE DJ.ING

updates

hello to all

well i did not get on her for the month of august but is was a very busy month ... first we went on vacation which i will make another post for you all to see the pics

second the day we got back from vacation my dad went into hospital and had open heart surgery ..... still recovering from that will keep ya posted

but wanted to get some of my cards on here as i have not yet put any on here so any ?? on how they are done just leave me a message or email me and i will answer for you

still have to figure out how to get my words and pics to mingle here sorry that everything is goofed up will try some others stuff on another and see if that works lol

chickens more more and more

Just an update on our coop .... We added 6 new hens and one rooster on wednesday july 22nd these are black star hens and the rooster is black and white . They are over a year so we are getting eggs . They are a pretty brown we got our first 3 eggs the day after they arrived.We also go 6 more hens the following saturday they are a variety of birds and my favorite on is gray . The kids call her Mrs Meaty she is big and fluffy and a very beautiful bird. One of the newest birds lays a very pretty speckled egg i hope i have a clear picture for you all ... We have given away 3 doz eggs already because we are getting any where from 8 to 11 eggs a day now .... and Bob just loves eating them and the young ones we got in may should start laying eggs come september after the kids start school

hi to all who might read this ..... well let me tell ya God has really been testing our faith this yr first katie rolled the car on the first of january then the transmission went on the red car ... the water heater went out ..the fuse need to be fixed on the van .. there is more i just can think of it but the lates is last thursday i came home and went to put the milk away in the basetment and our fuse box for the hot water heater was about to blow big time i shut it off then that night the girls woke me at 10 because the toilet over flowed and would not flush and has not worked now for 5 days bob called and got the electric taken care of so we have hot water but we are still waiting for the guy to come and get the clog out of the pipes as it is under the floor of the basetment as near as we can figure we have snaked every drain and it is a night mare trying to figure it our ... well the one good thing is that we are finally putting in the new toilet and floor we bought in spring and just have not gotten to yet so here are some pics of our preogress so far ...... but ya know thru all this God ahs been faithful i will admitt i have lost it a few time thank good ness i have bob to help keep me sane ... kinda hehe
but he has helped remind me that it will all pass and God is in control... it just doent help whenyou are sleep deprived ... a realy good story for another time it involves a pot a plastic spoon and 3 teen girls at 630 in the am that did help me laugh

any ways may God truley bless your day and remember keep your eyes on him and pray the fella shows tomarrow and finds the prob cheeply hahahaha

well i had a TERRIBLE 4th lol i had to work and then i had to hold adam for about 5 1/2 hours while we were at the omro fire works it was awful .... awful fun he is just a little cuddle bumm i love it .... today i got more done on the coop the fence is all up except the top and i just have to put the roof on here are some updated pics i took today so you can see how big they are getting they are 2 months now
we finally had some nice sun shine today it has been cold and cloudy for the past week here the kids actually got in the pool today
